Appointments can be made online, by calling, or through text. We do not accept appointments through e-mail or social media. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and some services may require a non-refundable deposit. New clients are required to have a free consultation before booking lash services.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
48-hour Cancelation Policy: Appointments canceled 48-24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. After 2 no-shows, we will no longer be able to service the client. All cancellation fees will be billed by electronic invoice and must be paid before your next appointment.
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment will be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that you will be charged for the time you booked, not the amount of time you are present, or your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
We recommend having your lashes filled in every 1-3 weeks, depending on your lifestyle. Any fill-ins greater than 4 weeks will require a re-lash appointment.
We do not perform fill-in services on work that was not done at Everlashing Love – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons. In the event you need lash repair services due to poor quality work done elsewhere, a waiver must be signed and a consultation must be scheduled to evaluate if the lashes can possibly be removed.
Expire one year after date of purchase, however, they are transferable if you are unable to use it and want to let someone else have it.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot allow returns or exchanges on any beauty products (cleansers, mascaras, eye liners, etc).
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
CHILDREN & ANIMALS
Please do not bring small children to your appointments. Your eyes will be closed and we cannot assume responsibility for their care. Also, no pets, only service animals allowed.
